After the takeover TITAN started the year 2003 in major property of French companies Securidev and Decayeux Industrie and became a member of Securidev group.

Sécuridev is a leading specialist in locking systems and equipment, enjoying strong positions in the European Business and Home Security Market in each of its three areas of activity:

	Equipment and rolling stock (Ronis brand)
	Buildings (Picard, Métalux and Beugnot brands)

The Group is active in France and throughout Europe through its network of subsidiaries (Titan in Slovenia, Euro-Elzett in Hungary, CR-Serrature in Italy, Ronis in the United Kingdom) and distributors in other countries.

Sécuridev is steadily increasing its market shares in Europe as a result of a sustained innovation policy implemented by the different companies of the Group.
